VPNs are being blocked

This is a fucking dystopia. Shurfsharf, Nordvpn etc are being block by the providers, not even by a judge. This is Iran level tyranny.

Are yours still working?

I use personal vpn ( wireguard on AWS cloud ).

popular services are doomed to be banned unfortunately

Welcome to Turkey! What a beauty, right?

Using vpn for install vpn :exploding_head: TURKEY SUPERCOUNTRY:exploding_head::love_you_gesture:t2:

No, it’s been like that for some plenty of years. If you’re lucky, you somehow connect to the one new server which hasn’t been blocked yet. Otherwise, you really won’t with any really secure VPNs compared to other ones who cooperate excessively with the government

I’m using PureVPN works pretty badass right now

The VPN issue isn’t because government blocking but specific internet bandwidth providers blocking access to those, because rather than bypassing blocked websites, VPNs actually let you bypass speed throttles (limitations) by internet providers. So if you have 100mbps internet and if they throttle you at night with 50mbps limit, you can bypass that and get full 100mbps with a VPN.

You can try to change your internet provider but it will depend on your internet infrastructure and bandwidth provider. For example if the infrastructure is by Turk Telekom, it will not matter which provider you get internet from as they will all rent from Turk Telekom.

It will also depend on their bandwidth contract. For example if their services are cheaper, they will probably have lower bandwidth contract and this will mean they will try to throttle your speeds after certain time or between certain times of day. When they take this throttle and low bandwidth route, either they or the bandwidth provider enable certain firewalls on their connection points to prevent prevent bandwidth bypass with VPN use (even though their throttling is illegal due to vague contract details between you and internet provider).

Nice try Fahrettin.

Yazmayın oğlum.

Never had any problem with accessing websites with iCloud+ turned on, maybe worth it

Surfshark works like a charm for me (Superonline). Türk Telekom has been blocking some VPNs for some time now though.

That being said, I heard from some of my friends that Turknet started blocking VPNs. Haven’t had the chance to test for myself though, so I’m not 100% sure.

Dont use arabic providers. Turknet, netspeed and fixnet are good options.

That’s why my hola VPN doesn’t work then…

That doesn’t need a judge’s decision. A private company is free to block services it doesn’t want on its platform.
People forget that internet service providers are mostly private entities…

VPNs are also usually honey traps or stupidly easy for a government to get into/rid of if they don’t comply.

Use Tor. If it’s blocked use an open source bridge. If that’s also blocked self host a bridge. If you don’t want to deal with Tor, self host a VPN.

There are plentiful ways to access almost everything on the web. Publix VPNs are basically the least secure and predatory one of all.

Do not use Superonline they’re blocking many site. There’s no vpn blockade in other ISPs

I use the inbuilt VPN with OperaGX, it doesn’t have any errors or connectivity issues, for mobile I’m using VPN Super Proxy which works well at school and doesn’t have connectivity issues.

Not a VPN but a proxy app to enter restricted sites, Cloudflare’s 1.1.1.1 with WARP enabled works well for me still.

prepare for street.

What good is the Internets if you even can‘t watch Pron in Türkiye

I’m using free VPNs that still work just fine.

kaspersky vpn today got blocked
