Turkcell was already banning them on their own. I’m guessing because they want you to use theirs. Because using VPNs through Türk Telekom weren’t banned back then.

You can use Opera, it has an in-built vpn. Still working as of today.

Is youtube blocked in Turkey? if so how does turkish youtubers even run their business?
Had outstanding fault report out for over a week. Net result I was told by themselves that Türk Telekom is not blocking any VPN services. No amount of factual data could persuade them otherwise. Myself and others here in Marmaris are still trying to get them to acknowledge the situation.
So looks like it is quite impossible to connect to government sites such as MHRS from outside of Turkey. I use PIA but even my workarounds were not successful. Any ideas?
use mullvad VPN? An actually decent VPN instead of these cashgrabs
I started reading the post with interest, then I saw that it is in the Turkey subreddit.
i am using kaspersky vpn. Had no problem so far.
kablonet apparently blocks vpns as well
My McAfee VPN works.
AWS Cloud provides 1 year of free service. You can buy it and set up your own VPN server. It’s next to impossible for your ISP to block this because it’s next to impossible for them to detect it.

I used windscribe to be able to connect through nordvpn. It tuned out (tried it) that it’s not working on TürkTelekom provided internet ,but it’s working on TurkNet…
Is there any solution for this to work on turktelekom?
Do you have a tutorial or a video recommendation on how to do it?

Good to know, that the VPN ban is not enforced by the government. Why the hell do they throttle the internet? If I get an internet connection without a data cap, then I expect that I do not get throttled.
