💭 Why AdGuard VPN? We asked — you answered

With thousands of different VPN apps and browser extensions available, choosing the right one can be challenging. Yet, millions of people choose AdGuard VPN, so we were naturally curious about what drives their decision.

What better way to find out than by asking our users directly? We reached out to AdGuard VPN users who switched from other VPN providers and asked them about their reasons. Here’s what they had to say.

I think Adguard VPN has some of the best Split Tunneling implementation. It’s easy to use, it’s clear to know that a domain and all its subdomains are added in the rule, and being able to select popular services, including other domains that the service uses, is great.

But if there is something I recommend to change is to improve Split Tunneling so if Adguard used Wintun, temporarily losing the VPN connection won’t close the connection to those apps that are added in the Split Tunneling.

I usually add games to the Split Tunneling list, in order to avoid unnecessary latency from the VPN, but if the VPN loses connection even for a second, the game that was in the Split Tunneling list also loses connection, which sucks when I am in a multi-player game.

“They appreciated the VPN’s ability to bypass detection on sites like Reddit, which often blocks users with more common VPN protocols like WireGuard and OpenVPN.”

Is the above statement valid?
Website would have no idea about what VPN protocol is used.

Disconnected itself for no apparent reasons…
