i was just now logged off from all devices.
I log in and it says, there is no abo found. I purchased one on July 2024 for a year. What can I do or have someone else trouble?

Same issue here, just started this morning I think. I sent support a message and copied my most recent billing email over to the message detailing the issue.
Yea. They are aware of it though. Should be fixed soon hopefully.

Out of curiousity, how do you know that they are aware of it?
They emailed me back saying they are aware of it.
Haha. Oh. I haven’t heard back since reporting (but it’s only been an hour or two at this point).
