I am currently on the premium trial which is ending soon and the speed seems ok so far. Not too concerned about the privacy aspects, just using it to watch shows. Is this a safe choice?
I am using it on my Chrome OS devices so any alternative recommendations that need Windows or Linux programs won’t work.

Virtually all providers use OpenVPN, and you can easily setup OpenVPN on ChromeOS.

If you don’t care about privacy, then there doesn’t seem to be anything bad, at least on the surface of the provider.
If you don’t care for you privacy, you are good to go with every free vpn thingy.

I agree. If you are going to use a free VPN, you are better off not using one at all, unless ALL you are trying to do is bypass geo-blocking.
I just use it for Nat Flicks.
