Ive been having active armors vpn most of the time and i wonder, if there is any secret features with this vpn, just wondering

It only works as a VPN when on a public WiFi network. It will auto disable the VPN tunnel when connected to a password protected WiFi network.

In other words, it is not exactly a VPN service.

Actually that kind of what I want. I’m not sure but it feels like VPNs in general slow down everything when using data. Or is it because my provider throttles everything when they know it’s being used. But in this case I have an iPhone with both ATT from my phone plan and Xfinity VPN from my internet plan. It lets me choose in iPhone Settings but I don’t know which to pick. I really am just worried about hackers stealing my info especially when not using my own Wi-Fi at home or work, I don’t really go out an use it, basically only when I’m driving back and forth to work, I have a Tesla so I usually put a video on while in autopilot mode and watch on the freeway, it’s stupid I know but the phone is mounted by magnet not in my hand. Plus autopilot keep me from driving like it’s fast and furious part 12 which is a plus.
