Is a dedicated IP VPN a good solution for my use case?

I own a small business. My clients and leads are in the US and Canada. However, most of my employees and subcontractors are in Asia, specificially India and Pakistan.

I have been having a problem that emails, web logins, etc. coming from my team’s India and Pakistan IP addresses seem to get flagged as spam by North American email servers, or blacklisted/denied by North American websites.

So I bought some VPN accounts for my team to use, and… things actually got worse. Because now my team’s emails and logins are coming from known VPN provider IP addresses, which apparently are even more suspicious than South Asian IPs.

So now my next idea is to stop using pooled, known VPN IPs, and instead buy a block of dedicated US VPN IPs for my employees.

But I am reaching the limits of my technical knowledge and competence here. Is my idea a good one, or should I try something else?

What you need is a service offering VPN for Business with a Dedicated Server and IP address.

There is one reliable VPN provider, based in Europe, that offers such a service. Dedicated Server and IP address costs $39.99/month and in addition each user is $9.99 per month.

Rule #3 prevents me from naming the provider but do a search and you are likely to find it.

Cool. Thanks. A bit pricey but probably worth it for me.

I have not had any need to use it for myself, but I would be very interested hearing about your experience if you decide to try the service.

Sure, I will make a note to come back and let you know.
