I got a vpn on my school pc but when I try to go on blocked websites, this is what comes up
A VPN only encrypts data between 2 endpoints (Data is not encrypted when it reaches the host PC). Your PC still knows what website you are trying to access and is blocking you. You are not going to get around that by using a VPN.
Your PC is configured with a proxy server, all requested URLs go through that proxy server and that server does the filtering of sites, if a visited site is on the list of blocked sites/domains you will get the error that you are getting.

Why are you trying to bypass school restrictions in the first place? I understand they’re dumb but they don’t want their property used for anything besides school.
Your school’s admin is smarter than average. They’ve set up a managed install and have a group policy in place to block any sites they don’t want you to visit on their machines. A VPN isn’t going change that, it’s just end to end encryption. If a host is blacklisted you’re not going to get to it.
Sure, there are ways to get around it. But, those ways aren’t non-destructive to the current install. Not only are they also far beyond your competency level, but they’ll be immediately detected if the admin has half a brain.
Buy your own laptop if you want to play on Instagram.
Go to browser settings and disable proxy
Are you on the school’s network? If so it is your proxy server. All your data goes in and out through the proxy and that is where the blocking occured.

Just type in google “proxy gate” and paste your URL in there. I had problems opening websites for games at my work for the same reason. I just wanted to read some news about my game during break and I couldn’t. Found several proxy gates and it solved a problem forever.
