I must have cancelled my subscription thinking that it’s like netflix and every other subscription service that allows you to use the remainder of what you paid for. Paid for the annual subscription and only came to realise they deleted my account entirely and I cannot get a refund for the 10 months I paid in advance.
Just use the free VPNs express vpn didn’t even work properly most of the time.
Switch to mullvad, I argued with express for 2 weeks over a refund

You tell me, recently they deleted my ExpressVPN Keys account out of nowhere, I received the email saying it had been deleted and when contacted support they told me I requested that (I never did) and then they made me change my password which just made me get signed out of my phone and in fact loose all my passwords, couldn’t do anything about that, that day I asked to get my account deleted for good and now I’m using other VPN Provider… Never recommending them again.
NordVPN is a very good option.
I don’t like express vpn because when use on Chrome it’s connect all my internet over vpn not split tunnel like Nord
I jumped over to ProtonVPN and couldn’t be happier. I even used their free servers for a month or two before buying a plan. I have a 500/20 service and via a router initiated WireGuard tunnel to Proton I still get about 480/19 over WiFi.
Super strange. I canceled mine after I realized I was automatically charged without the reminder email beforehand. I would’ve canceled before it went through if I had the email ahead of time letting me know it was happening.They were giving me the year because it was paid, but I requested a refund and immediate cancelation. They didn’t give me any grief, and I got my refund in a little less than a week
I switched nord over the vpn quality is lower than expected when it comes to privacy
