Windscribe and Proton are probably the best ones that fit your criteria. Both don’t keep logs, have free tier, and are fast in my experience.
I have used 1VPN and Windscribe. Both are great but I use 1VPN now because it only $1 a month.

i was lucky to try out proton first time on phone. it was fast but there is still a small delay between website loads but i guess thats not negatable with vpn.
phone app was 10/10. no registraiton and not even email was needed.
on firefox the extension was easy to download but it shoved subsibtions in my face but there was a free way to use the extension. i just gave them a burner email got a verification code and off to go.
