Not asking to pirate, or anything like that. Simply put I am behind a restricted internet right now, so I can only make secure connections. That is to say, https instead of http. I can download the web installer, and I can log in with it. But as soon as it tries to start downloading the files it errors out.
You have access to a VPN? That will let you install and play.
I think the web installer is part of their DRM strategy. Afraid there is no offline installer.
