That’s how the world works boss. There’s no free lunch forever. Our dad’s paid for cable tv’s when we were kids and certainly didn’t opt for ‘thiruttu cable’. As an adult ourselves we are/will be paying for ott instead of cable /dth. I don’t see a problem with that. I myself have subscribed to Netflix/ Prime/ Hotstar/ YT Premium and watch them only on tv screen. No dth/cable. This holds true only when you are self sufficient in your finances and don’t have any bad debt. If you are still in school/college or still finding your feet in your professional career i don’t blame you for bootlegging stuff, the priorities are different then

The big fishes - Netflix & Prime buy all the big ticket movies and have a fairly good library of other shows and movies which i feel is good value and the reason why i subscribe year-around. Tier 2 boys - Hotstar, Sony Liv, Zee5, Sun nxt are all covered in data plan. The way i see it is, single visit to theater costs atleast 1k - 1.5k(tickets, popcorn, parking, fuel & dinner) and importantly time. 6-7 movies a year is 10k easily. Ott is a great time and money saver and don’t need to deal with traffic. Sure Leo, Ps etc are theater movies but I’m more than ok to watch a Kottukali, Ayothi on ott than not watch it at all. For that i feel the money we pay is peanuts compared to theaters. Dont penny pinch too much if u love movies, there are other ways to save money
But you can only access tor private window of brave browser in laptop /PC not in phone.
There are some channels which have bots, give a search you could find it.

but brother in chirst,the shit these otts are doing is frying my nerves. They release the dubbed version of a movie and then name it the orginial language name, so when u search in google u get linked back to the dubbed movie. Then after confusion, u realise its on some shit ass ott like Zee5, its tv app sucks so much balls, shit makes Lana rhodes blush. Literally what is happening to me with Vikram Vedha, they have the hind dubbed version on one platform then the other on a dif platform. At that point, i rather just fucking use telegram and pirate this fucking movie than play this game of which flavor ure gonna get. Same with Thupparivalan and a few others.
Yeah you know what you are doing and its right but i am talking about pirated websites that prefer to be good deal for a single movie than subscription i know that ltr the ott may own good movies but the debate doesn’t end it only justifies its own pros and cons of opposite . But i prefer to watch movies in theatre than ott
