So my VPN is just... gone?

I cant find it for the life of me, only related thing in settings is a tab called ‘VPNPro’ but theres nothing in that tab?

Hi, I think I may have figured out how to bring it back. I was fiddling around with the settings and stumbled upon a fix.

  • Go to Opera Addons webpage.

  • Search for Opera Free VPN, you’ll probably find it installed and enabled.

  • Click on Enabled to disable it and click on it again to re-enable it.

  • Close all Opera GX instances.

  • Open Opera GX and then open an Incognito page.

  • The VPN button should back near the address bar again.

From what I understand the free version is now just a auto picked nearest location because when I allow a website to use my location data it always thinks I’m in a different part of my country.

it happened to me too… i think the cause of my disapearence is that i changed mod on my browser
