I feel like this should be doable… is there some kind of extension that allows me to do this? I’d rather have something running within my browser and leave the rest of my computer not behind a VPN.
I don’t use Mozilla VPN so can’t help. I would have assumed has a split tunneling feature so you can specify which apps use it and which don’t? I use NordVPN which gives me that option but also has its own browser extension.
Edit: I Googled it and they do support it.

It allows for exclusions only, which can basically do what I want it to do, but would create checking everything and reverse-engineering a whitelist, basically.
It doesn’t seem to have a browser extension, which seems… really odd to me since it’s from Mozilla.
Still, this does seem like the closest I’m gonna get, so thanks.
That (unfortunately) doesn’t do what I’m seeking, it only allows a custom location for that container while Mozilla VPN is otherwise running normally. It doesn’t isolate the VPN to only Firefox.
