The VPN can help you change the location. Is it possible if I connect via Wifi on my mobile and activate VPN and then create hotspot from my mobile and connect other device to my mobile. Will it update my IP address for the new device connected to my mobile hotspot according to the VPN or the base WiFi on which my vpn device(mobile) is connected?
almost always the latter
if you set up the vpn on the router level and then do the hotspot stuff then you’d also have vpn access but if the wifi doesn’t then you generally wont do.
maybe with some android device and some custom routing you could do this but you’d likely need root and a lot of high level sysadmin knowledge
