Just found out VPN Unlimited keeps logs of how much data transfered. Help?

Just like the title says and saw in their TOS they have a zero tolerance for copyright downloading and etc.

Is Hideman any good? Anybody have other suggestions.
The reason I went with VPN Unlimited is cause of the 3yr deal they had around Thanksgiving.

We do not keep the logs of sites users have visited. We store information about the amount of traffic that you downloaded from your account (this information is available inside the app for users too)
However, if it will be detected any activity associated with spam or other illegal activities the user account will be blocked without any warning.
We are based in New York, US. We don’t share private information. In the case of special Government services will ask it.
Since it is impossible to identify the user in this case we block ports which came with complaint.

it’s common for vpns to keep session logs - when you logged in/out total download gb and your real ip.
they do this to avoid customer fraud and abuse, and logs are then deleted after a few days.

you are freaking out over nothing.

the fact that they are based/billed in a 5-eyes country is the real issue you should be freaking out over.

I thought wow what a great deal and didn’t know I wasting money.

It was $19. One day has 4gb of data used and another day has like 5gb data used. I don’t want them to think I was pirating.

Yea I sent an email, so far no response. I assume since it’s within the 90 days I might contact PayPal.

Well I emailed stacksocial and I got a refund. FUCK YES.

5gb is nothing tbh. Streaming HD video, downloading video/music/games, broadcasting video, etc. can all be done legally and use a lot of bandwidth. I mean heck, some games on Steam are like 30GB or more…

Well I just don’t trust VPN Unlimited since they don’t support torrents and would help government if needed.

That the connection was slow which was true. Cause they were throttling my speed.
