I tried it a bit earlier. Updated the windows client to the latest version. First the issue was the same but then I disabled options to “stop DNS leak” and “kill switch” and it started downloading. Maybe try that in your client.
Haven’t checked back again so don’t know what the current status is and won’t be able to check on my Linux Dockers for a few days either.
Maybe once they get a bunch of complaints they’ll get around to fixing it.

I’m using uTorrent on Linux. I don’t think that it has those options.
Those are options in the VPN unlimited client for windows (in the settings).
Don’t know if they’re there in other OS clients.
I was also using a openVPN config in Ubuntu Dockers (gluetun) which was also not working earlier but that doesn’t have these options so don’t know if it’ll work. Won’t be able to test it for few days.
I’m using uTorrent on Linux which is connecting to VPN unlimited via a pfsense box that uses openVPN for the tunnelling protocol.
So it looks like there’s an issue with keepsolid openvpn setup for torrents since last week. I’d even tried switching to wireguard protocol but it didn’t help.
Working for me this morning.
