OMG this is so true. They won’t shut up about it and every issue we have with GP will be resolved if we would just switch to Prisma Access. Honest. (No, it won’t.)
If you read the business site interviews with the Palo CEO it’s all about how every additional service you can sell to a customer ties them more to Palo, so you can bet they will do everything they can to get you locked to every Palo product possible. They gave us a complementary 200-user Prisma Access license as an inducement to get us to “just try it”. No thanks - been there and done that at another org - and I fully understand how “the first hit is free” works.
