Downloading Bluestacks X with VPN

I saw someone saying that you download bluestacks X with a VPN (like touch VPN) so i tried that but it didnt work. Does anybody have a solution for this because you still cant get bluestacks on a macbook air

I have a MacBook Air M1 2020 with Sonoma 14.2.1 and i live in the Netherlands

When are we getting bluestacks 5 on mac because that has been saying ‘coming soon’ for over 2 years now
