Well your options are pay 7-15 bucks a month for a vpn, or pay the fines for illegal downloading. You’re not going to find anything good or useful for free
You can check VPNgate.net for free vpns, but there’s a good chance that they’re just being run off of some randos home server. You’ll have little bandwidth because many others will be using it, and you have no way of knowing if your traffic is being logged or not
if you cant afford gas… dont use a car! 
I use PrivateInternetAccess, it’s cheap (like 7 bucks a month) and doesn’t log. Also includes SOCKS5 proxy and a ton of other features/options
I know that sometimes ISP’s will cut your service off and sometimes ban you from their service as well. Or at least threaten to.
A lot of people have been recommending that recently. I’ll definitely check it out. Seven dollars a month doesn’t seem like much, but I heard it’s cheaper if you subscribe to yearly payment.

Yeah, my brother who just passed last year has been playing torrented streamed movies got fucking years almost every day. He got several warnings from his ISP which was Comcast, but he kept doing it until the day he died and nothing more happened than multiple emails saying stop and I mean for years…
