Hi, I’m from Russia, my friend is from Turkey, he can’t use Discord normally. Discord was also blocked in Russia, but we have long ago found a way around this blocking and other blockings INSIDE the country. To bypass such blockings, we do not use VPN, it is paid, has delays, etc., we use DPI bypass. Roughly speaking, we disguise data packets from YouTube as other sites, the blocker thinks that these are not YouTube packets, but packets from another site and does not delay them. I tried to send my friend our DPI bypass applications, but they do not work, it seems to me that they are configured purely for Russia. I do not have enough knowledge to somehow fix it or just see what’s there. I thought that you have methods or a ready-made DPI service.

GoodbyeDPI works in Turkey, your friend probably couldn’t do it (if that’s what you’re talking about). You can also suggest cloudflare warp.

Other suggestions aside, you can tunnel discord through vpn and only that so other stuff won’t get affected from reduced Internet speed.

If you talking about goodbyedpi he need to use global dnsredir exe/bat file
