I have a MacBook Pro and I can not download the VPN for the school. This is extremely frustrating as I have 2 courses that are research-based and am working in a research lab and I need to have access to the articles I am working with off campus. I have included a screen shot of the step of downloading the software where I have an issue. Can ANYONE help me, or is there an alternative VPN like the web link that I can use off campus without having to download? I am so frustrated and have been trying to download this for a week. I already tried getting help from OIT too and they don’t know what to do.
It looks like you might have already installed it. Do you have a Cisco folder in your Applications? It should be Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client.
OIT should have been able to help you out. I’d call back and explain it again.
