BulletVPN is okay-ish, but again, it cannot compete with a quality service like IVPN, Mullvad, Windscribe or OVPN. Keep in mind that you get what you pay for. Good luck, and feel free to HMU for all things VPNs heh.

Windscribe has since taken great measures like introducing x509 validation in their configs and using short-lived certificates. Most providers STILL do not use x509 validation in their configs. Besides, the company owned up to their mistake (when they could have let it slide and this would probably never come out).
NordVPN and TorGuard got hacked, hid it from their customers, and then attempted to downplay the impact of the hack only when publicly exposed. I’d much rather support a business that is honest and takes corrective measures than companies that try to keep their customers in the dark.

Cool I’m using free account of Windscribe I will upgrade to pro subscription. But what about hide.me. And what is the problem of this provider disconnect VPN, ipro VPN, and Seed4Me.
I mean, if many people starting adopting non port forwarding vpns, then fewer people would be able to torrent stuff in general. I’m not saying that you’re not able to do that, but if you and I both use fastestvpn, then I couldn’t get anything you’re seeding from you directly.
Also, what servers did you see 20-30mb/s? I just tried like a dozen and best I could get was a spike to about 10, but hovering around 4-6.
