Can't login/use NordVPN anymore

For days now, I can’t log in to NordVPN anymore. The website gives an SSL error. Using the alternative URLs I can log in (e.g. https://nord-help.com/) but when I open the app, it sends me to https://api-v1.nordvpn.com/v1/users/oauth/login-redirect?attempt=SNIPSNIPSNIP) for logging in which brings up an “PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR” error. Tried every browser. The browser plugin also doesn’t work anymore, just keeps connecting and then throws an error. Been like that for days - in the UK, provider Virgin Media. Any idea?

Just started getting Login Failed: We hit an authentication error’s. In US though and just started happening last night.

Was having the same issue for the past couple hours until just now when it worked. Logged in through browser, new browser window pops up telling me if I want to open the app now, I closed the program through task manager and then followed through with the browser window and it managed to connect. I attempted this several times over the past hour.

Login failed for me to.

Same issues here in Aus.

FYI I was just able to get back logged into NordVPN as I am typing this after about an hour of getting the authentication error

Same problem in France. Can’t login on Windows, on Linux and on Android.
Problem discovers on Android at 23:50 (Paris time).

I cannot see my dedicated IP option anymore. Anyone else have that issue??

It seems that the comments under this thread are creating an image of a massive issue which is not true. It happens that at the time the OP posted the issue, Nord’s logging-in system was in trouble: https://twitter.com/NordVPN/status/1778537819985924460.

OP , reach out to Nord’s team via live chat at support.nordvpn.com and ask for a live agent.

I’m getting “Try again - We hit an unexpected error. Please try again.”

Still occurring right now. And the suggestion to contact support doesn’t help because they have no customer service number and I can’t locate a live chat function on their site either. Their error message shouldn’t say “if the issue persists, contact our customer support” if there’s no easy way to do so.

Service is still down, has being since yesterday for myself, spoke to the live chat who said the issues with login are now resolved, after back and forth telling them its not and then not hearing anything for 10 minutes the live chat came back to me and said they are still issues with login and to try again later, and just ended the chat on me

Been having this problem on both my Windows devices in the last couple of days in Canada. Reinstalled on both devices and it seems to be working again.

lol its shit. just quit it man. they billed me for months while my subscription shoulda been cancelled.

I am getting the same thing, “login failed , we hit an authentication error…” I started to get these errors last night also but eventually was able to get into NordVPN, but the difference now is that I can’t log into NordVPN after many tries.
