I am tearing my hair out trying to figure out what the problem is and this sub popped up on my feed. I can’t sign in to ExpressVPN, it says service unreachable. If I try to reboot it or uninstall it, it says it can’t do that because I need to disconnect the VPN, but it’s not connected. I used a separate uninstaller but then the files, shortcut, and exe were all still there, even though my computer was no longer recognizing it as an app. I tried reinstalling it, and now I’m back where I started. I have no clue what’s going on and could really use some advice.
Some ISPs block certain ports, it might be worth contacting them and asking about it. I had to unblock my ports with my ISP to get it working
